We've been talking about the sequence of events for this project and as we build, we are identifying abilities, needs, and wants and trying to coordinate the sequence of events. As you know (and participated), the practice harvests went well, but the paperwork part is a bit iffy. I too have forms and phone numbers too for folks who don't have internet access. We need a Tree Boss or someone like that. Thanks to Kim and Neal we have an Intake Coordinator and a Volunteer Coordinator. Our techs are busy building the web site and databases and the paperwork (Tree Reg forms, Volunteer Reg forms, Release of Liability forms) is going to get streamlined thanks to their dedication. Anyone reading this thinking about becoming a Tree Scout (find and register trees) or a Tree Boss (look at the data and coordinate timing for harvests)?
